Dario began his career as a double bassist in Bari, Italy. After completing his musical studies at the “Il Pentagramma” music school and the “Niccolรฒ Piccinni” Conservatory, he took his first steps as a professional musician in his hometown. In 2012, he decided to move to London, where he became an integral part of the vibrant music scene.

Here, Dario excelled as a talented sideman, collaborating both in the studio and live with numerous prominent musicians from the London scene. 

His journey took him in 2022 to Valencia, Spain, where he currently resides. In Valencia, Dario had the privilege of collaborating with some of the best musicians in the Spanish jazz scene, including Albert Sanz, Perico Sambeat, Carlos Gonsalbes, and Francisco “Latino” Blanco, among others.

Dario has performed in the United States, in France, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Ireland, Hungary, Slovenia, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. He has also had the honor of sharing the stage and collaborating with a wide range of internationally renowned artists, including Grant Stewart, George Garzone, Michael Kanan, Sara Dowling, Bruce Barth, Scott Hamilton, Steve Brown, Jorge Rossy, and many others.
